Mess billing follows a transparent system where students are charged based on actual consumption. Monthly mess bills are generated after the end of each month, and adjustments are made according to attendance records.
Rebate policies apply for students who do not reside in the hostel or miss meals due to valid reasons such as medical emergencies or academic commitments.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides various financial assistance schemes based on merit and need:
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Available for top performers in qualifying exams with up to 100% fee waiver.
- Income-Based Concessions: For SC/ST/PwD students, EWS category, and MCM (Mother of Minor Child) with partial or full fee exemptions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Income up to ₹3 lakh/year, valid caste certificate or disability certificate.

- MCM Category: Mother of minor child with income below ₹4 lakh/year, proof of maternity leave and child custody.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid within 7 days of admission or before the start of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500/day.

Refund Policy:
- Withdrawal Before Commencement: Full refund of fees minus administrative charges if withdrawn before the semester begins.
- Withdrawal After Commencement: Refund is processed after deducting 10% administrative fee and proportionate cost of services rendered.
- Academic Leave: No refund is granted for students on academic leave, but fees remain frozen until return to studies.
