Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance schemes to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible candidates based on income slabs. Annual income should not exceed INR 5 lakh.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees for families with annual income between INR 5 lakh and 8 lakh.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% reduction in tuition fees for students from minority communities.
Applications for financial aid must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and identity proofs. The review process is completed within two weeks of submission.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees can be paid online via net banking or credit/debit cards. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day until the dues are settled.
Refunds are processed within six weeks of withdrawal, subject to compliance with refund rules and submission of necessary documentation. Students must submit a formal request along with their original fee receipts and leave application forms.
