Hostel & Mess Charges

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pay advance fees for meals during the semester. The menu includes a variety of dishes from different cuisines to cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements. Rebate policies are applicable for students with exceptional academic performance or financial hardship.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options to eligible candidates. These include merit-based scholarships, need-based grants, and category-specific concessions for SC/ST/PwD, EWS, and MCM students.
- Merit-Based Scholarships: Top-performing students receive partial or full fee waivers based on their academic achievements in Class 12th and entrance examination results.

- Category-Specific Concessions: Reserved categories receive concessions on fees, with SC/ST/PwD students receiving up to 100% waiver and EWS students receiving up to 50% waiver.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the stipulated deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties. Payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or net banking facilities provided by the university. Late payments incur a fixed penalty of Rs. 500 per day.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal before 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges.
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 70% after deducting administrative charges.
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is granted except in exceptional circumstances.
The official refund process takes 45 days to complete, subject to verification of all documents and clearance from the finance department.
