Tuition Fee

The tuition fee covers access to all academic resources, including classroom instruction, laboratory sessions, online materials, and digital libraries. It also includes support for faculty development and curriculum updates.

Hostel Rent

Hostel rent is charged per semester and varies based on room type. The university provides single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with shared bathrooms and common areas.

Mess Advance

Mess advance covers the cost of meals for one semester. Students are required to pay this amount at the beginning of each semester and can opt for monthly billing after initial payment.

Student Benevolent Fund

This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged to ensure mutual aid among students.

Medical Fees

The medical fee covers access to on-campus health services, including consultations, basic treatments, and emergency care. It also includes coverage for preventive health checkups.

Gymkhana Fees

Gymkhana fees support campus recreational facilities such as gyms, sports complexes, and cultural events. These fees are used to maintain infrastructure and organize activities that promote holistic development.

Examination Fees

Examination fees cover the costs associated with conducting tests, evaluating answers, and issuing certificates. This includes both internal and external assessments.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Room Types

  • Single Occupancy: INR 15000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy: INR 12000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy: INR 10000 per semester

Mess Billing System

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis. Students receive bills at the beginning of each month based on meal consumption. Refunds are processed for unused portions if meals are not consumed.

Rebate Policies

  • Students staying in hostels during examination periods may be eligible for partial rebates on hostel rent and mess charges.
  • Students with valid health certificates may receive full or partial refunds depending on the duration of absence from campus.

Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships to deserving students based on financial need, academic excellence, or other criteria. These are categorized as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

  • SC/ST/PwD: Income below INR 400000 per annum with a valid certificate from the appropriate authority.
  • EWS: Family income between INR 400001 and INR 800000 with an EWS certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): Students belonging to minority communities with income below INR 400000 per annum.

  • MCM: 25% reduction in fees for tuition, hostel, and mess charges.

Application Process

Candidates must submit an application form along with supporting documents (income certificate, caste certificate, etc.) through the official website. Applications are reviewed by the financial aid committee within 15 working days.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Failure to pay on time incurs a late fee of INR 500 per day until payment is received.

Late Fee Calculation

Late fees are calculated based on the number of days beyond the deadline. For example, if fees are due on July 1st and paid on July 5th, a late fee of INR 2000 (INR 500 x 4 days) would be applied.

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program before completing one semester, a refund of tuition fees and hostel charges will be processed after deducting administrative costs. No refunds are provided for mess advance or other non-refundable components.
