Hostel & Mess Charges

Students are provided with hostel accommodation in single or double-sharing rooms depending on availability and preference. The hostel charges vary based on room type:

• Single Sharing Room: INR 20,000 per semester
• Double Sharing Room: INR 15,000 per semester

The mess billing system includes a fixed monthly charge plus additional options for premium meals. Monthly mess charges are approximately INR 5,000.

Rebate policies apply to students who miss meals due to valid reasons such as illness or travel. Students can apply for rebates through the hostel office with supporting documentation.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made through online channels including debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. The deadline for fee payment is the first week of each semester.

• Late Fee: A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable after the due date.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed only in cases of withdrawal within specified timeframes, with deductions made for administrative costs and tuition fees already incurred.
