The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle, where students pay a fixed advance amount and are billed based on actual consumption. Rebate policies apply to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, allowing them to receive up to 50% discounts on hostel charges.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options for eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive a 100% fee waiver on tuition fees and partial waivers on hostel charges based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: Eligible students can avail up to 50% fee concession on all components of the fee structure.
- MCM (Minority Community): Students from minority communities may receive a 25% discount on tuition fees and hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students must complete fee payment by specified deadlines to avoid late fees or disqualification from the program. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000 per day until full payment is made.
