Hostel & Mess Charges

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid within 10 days of the semester commencement to avoid late fees. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline, capped at 10% of total fees.

Refunds are processed in case of withdrawal from the program before the start of the academic year or upon completion of the course. Refund requests must be submitted with valid reasons and supporting documents within 30 days of the event.

Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment mode within 60 working days, subject to verification and approval by the finance department.
