Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer several financial aid options for eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 25% concession on tuition fees.
Eligibility criteria include income slabs defined by the government, which vary based on category and region. Students must submit relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, or disability certificates to apply for these benefits.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, debit/credit cards, or demand drafts. All transactions are processed through the official campus portal.
Late fees of ₹1000 per day are applicable if payments are not made within 7 days of the deadline. Refunds are granted upon withdrawal from the institution, subject to a deduction of administrative charges and pending dues.
Students who wish to withdraw must submit an application along with supporting documents at least one month before the academic term ends. The refund process typically takes 45-60 working days post-submission.
