Applications for financial aid must be submitted along with supporting documents including income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards. The process typically starts in the first week of July each year.
All fees must be paid before the start of the semester. Payment can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts drawn on nationalized banks. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days if students withdraw from the program after the first month of admission. Refund eligibility depends on the reason for withdrawal and adherence to official procedures.
