Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies based on the following conditions:

• Withdrawal before 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges of INR 2,000.
• Withdrawal between 16-30 days: Refund of 80% after deducting administrative charges.
• Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund is provided unless exceptional circumstances are approved by the administration.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
