Hostel & Mess Charges
Our campus provides comfortable accommodation options for students in various hostel categories including single, double, triple, and quad-sharing rooms. Each room comes equipped with essential amenities such as beds, study tables, wardrobes, internet connectivity, and common areas.
The mess system operates on a monthly billing cycle with meals served at fixed times. Students receive meal cards that are linked to their accounts for easy tracking of consumption and billing. Rebate policies are applicable for students who miss meals due to medical reasons or travel during holidays.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
We offer various financial assistance schemes to deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees for eligible students with income below INR 2 lakh annually.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees for students with income between INR 2 lakh and INR 5 lakh annually.
- MCM (Migrant Community Member): 25% waiver on tuition fees with additional support for hostel and mess charges.
Applications for fee waivers must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, or disability certificates. The selection committee reviews applications based on eligibility criteria and available funds.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Payment can be made online via net banking or credit/debit cards, or through bank drafts at designated centers. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 500 per day beyond the deadline.
If a student withdraws from the institution before completing one academic year, a refund of 75% of the paid fees will be processed after deducting administrative charges. No refunds are issued for withdrawals after the completion of one year unless there are exceptional circumstances approved by the administration.
