Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid before the start of the semester or within 10 days of admission. Late payments attract a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until cleared.

Late Fee Calculations

Students who fail to pay fees on time are subject to daily late fees calculated as follows:

  • First 10 Days: Rs. 500/day
  • Next 10 Days: Rs. 1000/day
  • Beyond 20 Days: Rs. 1500/day

Refund Rules Upon Withdrawal

If a student withdraws from the program, the following refund rules apply:

  • Before First Month: Full refund of tuition fees and hostel charges minus Rs. 10,000 for administrative costs.
  • After First Month but Before Third Month: Refund of 75% of tuition fees and hostel charges minus Rs. 5,000 for administrative costs.
  • After Third Month: No refund is granted except for specific cases approved by the administration.
