The mess billing system operates on a monthly advance basis. Students pay in advance for meals based on their preferences and consumption patterns.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute offers several financial assistance options:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive up to 100% fee waiver based on income slabs.
- EWS Category: Up to 50% concession for students meeting income criteria.
- MCM (Married Children of Military Personnel): Partial fee waiver with additional support services.
Eligibility is determined based on documented proof of category and family income. Applications must be submitted before the deadline with required documents.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online via net banking, credit/debit cards, or through NEFT/RTGS transfers. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1000 per month.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal within 15 days: Full refund minus administrative charges
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days: 80% refund
- Withdrawal after 30 days: No refund
