Fee Structure

Tuition Fee: This covers the cost of instruction, academic resources, and access to laboratory facilities.
Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges for on-campus housing. Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms.
Mess Advance: Monthly advance payment for meals provided in the campus mess facility.
Student Benevolent Fund: A fund used to support students facing financial difficulties or emergencies.
Medical Fees: Covers medical consultations, treatments, and health-related services available on campus.
Gymkhana Fees: Charges for access to gymnasium, sports facilities, and recreational activities.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel accommodation at Prayaga Institute of Management Studies offers modern amenities and a conducive environment for learning. Hostel rooms come in various configurations:
- Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 18,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 15,000 per semester
The mess facility operates on a monthly billing system with meals provided three times a day. The average monthly mess charge is Rs. 10,000.
Rebate policies are available for students who have special circumstances or financial constraints. These rebates are reviewed annually and granted based on individual needs.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute offers various fee waivers and scholarships to deserving students:
Scholarship Categories
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges
- EWS Category: 50% waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges
- MCM (Minority Community): 50% waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges
The eligibility criteria for these scholarships are based on income slabs and category-specific documentation. Students must submit relevant certificates and proof of income during the application process.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated accounts. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until the due amount is settled.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus Rs. 2000 processing fee
- Withdrawal between 16-30 days of admission: 80% refund minus Rs. 2000 processing fee
- Withdrawal after 30 days of admission: No refund
The official refund process begins within 30 working days of withdrawal, subject to verification and approval by the finance department.
