Scholarship Categories

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for eligible candidates based on income slabs below ₹2 lakh per annum.
• EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fees for families with annual income between ₹2 lakh and ₹8 lakh.
• MCM (Meritorious Children of Migrant Workers): Full fee waiver for students from migrant worker families with annual income below ₹2 lakh.

Late Fee Calculations

A late fee of ₹1000 per day is applicable for payments made after the deadline. Students are advised to pay fees promptly to avoid any disruption in their academic schedule.

Refund Rules

In case of withdrawal or transfer from the institute, refund policies apply as follows:

• Full refund is available if withdrawal occurs within 30 days of admission.
• 75% refund is applicable for withdrawals between 31 and 90 days of admission.
• 50% refund is granted for withdrawals after 90 days but before completion of the first semester.
• No refund is provided after the completion of the first semester unless under exceptional circumstances.
