Detailed Fee Components
Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, laboratory facilities, library access, and academic resources. It includes charges for faculty salaries, infrastructure maintenance, and educational materials.
Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided in air-conditioned rooms with shared facilities including common areas, study spaces, and recreational facilities. The rent covers maintenance of hostel buildings, utilities, and security services.
Mess Advance: The mess advance is collected at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses for the entire semester. Students can adjust their mess charges based on actual consumption at the end of the semester.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and provides assistance in case of emergencies or special circumstances.
Medical Fees: The medical fee covers access to on-campus medical facilities, basic healthcare services, and emergency medical assistance for students.
Gymkhana Fees: These fees support the development and maintenance of sports facilities and recreational activities for students.

Scholarship Categories
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for 100% tuition fee waiver with additional support in hostel charges and mess fees.
- EWS Category: Students from Economically Weaker Sections are eligible for 50% tuition fee concession along with partial support in other charges.
- MCM Category: Merit Cum Means category students who demonstrate both academic excellence and financial need are eligible for 25% tuition fee concession.
Eligibility Criteria
- Income Slab: Students from families with annual income below INR 3 lakh are eligible for various concessions
- Academic Performance: Minimum 75% aggregate in 12th grade is required for merit-based scholarships
- Residence: Students must be permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh or have valid residence certificates

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
The payment procedures for fees are designed to be convenient and transparent:
- Payment Methods: Fees can be paid through online banking, net banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft
- Deadlines: Payment must be made within 15 days of the commencement of the semester
- Late Fee: A late fee of INR 500 per day is applicable for delayed payments
The refund policy is as follows:
- Withdrawal Refund: Students who withdraw from the program are eligible for refund after deducting administrative charges and hostel fees
- Partial Refund: For students who leave during the semester, a proportionate refund is provided based on the number of days attended
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of withdrawal request
