Hostel & Mess Charges

Rebate policies are in place for students who do not consume meals regularly or those who are on leave. The mess billing system is transparent and adjusted monthly based on consumption.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds are eligible for fee waivers and concessions. The eligibility criteria include income slabs and category-based benefits. SC/ST/PwD students receive a 100% waiver, while EWS students receive a 50% waiver.
Merit-based scholarships are also available for top-performing students. These scholarships cover partial or full tuition fees and are awarded based on academic excellence and extracurricular achievements.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments for fees must be made through online banking or UPI transactions. The deadline for fee payment is set at the beginning of each semester. Late fees are charged for delayed payments.
The refund policy is transparent and follows university guidelines. Refunds are processed for students who withdraw from the program or those who are eligible for refunds based on specific conditions. The refund process is completed within 30 days of submission.
