Hostel & Mess Charges

Hostel charges vary based on room type and facilities. The university offers single, double, and triple occupancy rooms, with charges ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per semester.
The mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals provided and the cost of food. Students are required to pay an advance for the mess charges, which are adjusted at the end of the semester.
Rebate policies are available for students who are absent for a certain number of days. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days absent and the cost of meals.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers various fee waivers and concessions to students based on their category and financial background. The eligibility criteria for these benefits are as follows:
- SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 50% fee waiver.
- EWS: Students from EWS category are eligible for a 25% fee waiver.
- MCM: Students from MCM category are eligible for a 10% fee waiver.
The application process for fee waivers and concessions requires the submission of relevant documents such as caste certificates, income certificates, and disability certificates.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to pay the fees before the start of the semester. The payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand draft. Late payment incurs a penalty of INR 1000 per day.
The refund policy is applicable in case of withdrawal from the program. The refund is processed after deducting the applicable charges and is credited to the student's account within 30 days.
Students who are unable to pay the fees on time can apply for a fee installment plan. The installment plan allows students to pay the fees in monthly installments over a period of 6 months.
