Fee Components Explanation

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university provides comfortable hostel facilities with various room types to accommodate students. Hostel charges include rent, utilities, and maintenance.

Room Types:

• Single Occupancy: INR 30,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy: INR 25,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy: INR 20,000 per semester

Mess Billing: The mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed and are collected monthly. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various fee waivers and scholarships to support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Eligibility Criteria:

• SC/ST/PwD: Income below INR 2 lakh per annum
• EWS: Income between INR 2 lakh and 4 lakh per annum
• MCM: Income below INR 1 lakh per annum

• Fee Waiver: Up to 100% waiver for eligible students
• Scholarship: INR 20,000 to INR 50,000 per semester

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid before the start of the semester. Late payments incur a penalty of INR 1000 per day.
