Fee Components Explained

Hostel & Mess Charges

Room Types:
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹2500/month (includes all utilities)
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹1800/month (shared with one roommate)
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹1200/month (shared with two roommates)
The mess charges are structured to accommodate dietary preferences and ensure nutritional balance. Meals are served in a hygienic environment, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available for each meal.
Mess Billing System:
- Advance payment of ₹10,000 per semester is required at the start of each term.
- Monthly bills are generated based on actual consumption, with adjustments made at the end of the semester.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

- MCM (Minority Community Students): 30% waiver on tuition fees and 20% concession on hostel charges.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment Deadlines:
- Each semester, fees must be paid before the start of classes to avoid late penalties.

Late Fee Calculation:
- For late payments beyond 10 days, a penalty of ₹500 per day is applied.

- Students must submit a formal request along with the original receipt and academic records.
