Project-Based Learning Philosophy
Our project-based learning philosophy is embedded throughout the curriculum. From first-year mini-projects to final-year capstone initiatives, students engage in meaningful research activities that mirror professional environments. Projects typically span 6-8 months, allowing time for comprehensive analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution implementation.
Mini-projects begin in the third year with guided tasks such as market entry strategy development or product positioning studies. These projects are evaluated based on clarity of objectives, methodology, data quality, and presentation skills.
The final-year thesis/capstone project involves working closely with a faculty mentor on an original research question or business challenge. Students select topics aligned with their interests or industry needs, then conduct in-depth investigations involving literature reviews, data collection, analysis, and recommendations.
Each project follows a structured framework that includes problem identification, literature review, data gathering, analytical framework design, solution development, and final presentation. Faculty mentors guide students through each phase, ensuring academic rigor and professional relevance.
