Fee Components

Tuition Fee covers instruction, library access, and academic resources. Students also benefit from free use of our digital libraries and access to online databases including LexisNexis, Bloomberg Terminal, and JSTOR.

Hostel Rent includes accommodation in shared rooms with basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and internet connectivity. The hostel facilities are maintained to international standards with 24-hour security, fire safety systems, and common areas for social interaction.

Mess Advance is a prepayment towards monthly meal expenses. Meals are served twice daily in centralized dining halls with nutritious and varied menu options catering to diverse dietary preferences including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special diets.

Student Benevolent Fund supports welfare activities and provides assistance for medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Contributions are made annually and contribute towards campus development projects and student support initiatives.

Medical Fees cover basic healthcare services provided by our on-campus clinic staffed by qualified doctors and nurses. Emergency care is also available at nearby hospitals with a referral system in place.

Gymkhana Fees fund sports and cultural activities including fitness facilities, inter-college competitions, and student-led events. Students receive discounts for participating in various athletic programs and can access our gymnasiums, swimming pools, and recreational spaces.

Examination Fees cover the cost of conducting semester-end exams, end-of-year assessments, and any additional testing required for graduation. This includes proctoring services, question paper preparation, and result processing.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The hostel and mess charges are structured to accommodate different preferences and budgets:

  • Hostel Room Types: Single occupancy rooms (₹15,000), Double occupancy rooms (₹12,000), Triple occupancy rooms (₹10,000)
  • Mess Billing System: Monthly billing based on consumption with options for prepaid and postpaid arrangements
  • Rebate Policies: Students from economically weaker sections receive rebates up to 50% of the mess charges during vacation periods

Hostel facilities include air-conditioned rooms, study areas, laundry services, and common lounges. Students can choose between single, double, or triple occupancy rooms based on their preferences and budget constraints.

Financial Aid Options

Financial aid options are available for eligible students through fee waivers, concessions, and scholarships:

  • Fee Waivers: Available for SC/ST/PwD students with income below ₹1 lakh annually
  • Concessions: 25% reduction in fees for EWS category students with income between ₹1-2 lakhs
  • Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships up to 100% for top performers in JEE Advanced

Application procedures for financial aid require submission of documents including income certificates, caste certificates (if applicable), and proof of residence. Students must complete an online application form and provide supporting evidence within specified deadlines.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment procedures involve quarterly installments due at the beginning of each semester. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day beyond the deadline. Refund policies are clearly outlined in the student handbook with provisions for partial refunds upon withdrawal or course transfer.

Students must ensure timely payment to avoid any disruption in their academic progress or hostel accommodation. The finance department provides detailed receipts and confirms payment status through online portals.
