Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers various financial assistance options to eligible students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver for students belonging to reserved categories.
  • EWS Category: 50% fee concession for economically weaker sections.
  • MCM (Minority Community): 25% fee concession for minority community students.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of INR 1,000 per week beyond the deadline. Students can make payments via online banking, NEFT, RTGS, or demand draft.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program:

  • Withdrawal within 7 days: Full refund minus administrative charges of INR 500.
  • Withdrawal between 8-30 days: Refund of 90% of paid fees minus administrative charges of INR 1,000.
  • Withdrawal beyond 30 days: No refund is granted unless due to medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances.
