Fee Component Details
Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, access to library resources, laboratory facilities, and academic support services. It is revised annually based on inflation rates and infrastructure development needs.
Hostel Rent: Accommodation charges are fixed for different room categories including single, double, and triple occupancy rooms with shared amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and common areas.
Mess Advance: Mess charges cover daily meals provided to students in the hostel cafeteria. Students must pay an advance amount upfront which is adjusted at the end of each month based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies and contributes to campus development initiatives.
Medical Fees: Covers basic medical consultations, vaccinations, and health-related services provided by the institute's medical center.
Gymkhana Fees: Supports extracurricular activities including sports, cultural events, and student organizations.
Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting semester-end and annual examinations.
Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The institute offers various financial assistance schemes to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full fee waiver is provided to students belonging to these categories with valid certificates.
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fees along with partial waiver in hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Students): 25% concession in tuition fees and full waiver in hostel charges.
Additional scholarships are available for meritorious students based on academic performance, sports achievements, or community service contributions. Applications must be submitted through the official portal with required documentation and supporting evidence.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers to the designated bank account. Late payments incur a penalty of 1000 INR per month starting from the due date.
In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy follows institutional guidelines with deductions for administrative expenses and hostel charges up to the month of withdrawal.
