Tuition Fee (INR 75,000 per semester)

Hostel Rent (INR 30,000 per semester)

Mess Advance (INR 10,000 per semester)

Hostel & Mess Charges

Each student receives a unique mess card that is linked to their account. Meals are recorded using this card, and the system generates daily and monthly bills. Students can track their consumption through an online portal provided by the college.
Rebate Policies
Students who are absent for more than three consecutive days due to medical emergencies or other valid reasons may apply for a rebate. The rebate is processed after verification by the hostel authorities and is credited back to the student’s account.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The college provides various financial aid options for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Concession: 50% concession in tuition fee for eligible categories
- EWS Concession: 25% concession in tuition fee for eligible categories

Refund Rules
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Withdrawal within first month: Full refund minus processing charges of INR 500
- Withdrawal between 1-3 months: 75% refund after deducting processing charges
- Withdrawal beyond 3 months: No refund is processed
Refunds are processed within 30 working days of receiving the withdrawal request. Students must ensure that all dues, including hostel and mess charges, are cleared before the refund process begins.
