Key companies participating in the internship season include Flipkart, Ola, PayPal, Uber, Airbnb, IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, PwC, Capgemini, Citibank, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Visa, and Mastercard.
The stipend varies by company and role but typically ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹80,000 per month. Students who perform exceptionally well during the internship period are often offered full-time positions or Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).
