Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
The payment procedures require students to complete online transactions by specified deadlines. Late fees are applied for payments made after the due date, with rates varying based on the delay period:
- Within 7 days of deadline: 5% late fee
- Within 14 days of deadline: 10% late fee
- Beyond 14 days: 15% late fee
The refund policy outlines conditions under which partial or full refunds may be granted upon withdrawal from the program:
- Withdrawal within first month: Full refund minus processing charges.
- Withdrawal between first and third month: 70% refund minus processing charges.
- Withdrawal beyond third month: No refund unless due to medical reasons or other exceptional circumstances.
