Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

• SC/ST/PwD Students: Full waiver of tuition fees and 50% reduction in hostel charges.
• EWS Category: 25% reduction in all fees except tuition fee, which remains unchanged.
• MCM (Minority Community Member): 10% discount on tuition fee and 20% on hostel charges.
• Top Performers: Merit-based scholarships for students securing top ranks in JEE Advanced or JEE Main, ranging from 50% to 100% fee waiver based on performance.

Application Process

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

All fees must be paid by the specified deadline, typically before the start of each semester. Late payments attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. Payment methods include online banking, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, and cash at the institution's cashier counter.

Late Fee Calculations

• 1-7 days: 2% penalty on outstanding fees
• 8-14 days: 4% penalty on outstanding fees
• 15+ days: 6% penalty on outstanding fees plus administrative charges

Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, a refund of fees is processed according to the following schedule:

• Before 15 days of admission: Full refund minus administrative charges (INR 1000)
• Between 15-30 days: 90% refund
• Between 31-60 days: 75% refund
• After 60 days: No refund

Refund Processing Time

The refund process typically takes 30 working days after submission of the withdrawal form. Refunds are credited to the student's bank account using NEFT/RTGS mode, provided valid banking details are shared during admission.
