Hostel & Mess Charges

- Single Occupancy Rooms: Rs. 150,000 per semester for private rooms with attached bathrooms.
- Double Occupancy Rooms: Rs. 100,000 per semester for shared rooms with common bathrooms.
- Triple Occupancy Rooms: Rs. 75,000 per semester for triple-sharing arrangements.
Mess charges are fixed at Rs. 150,000 per semester and include three meals daily. Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of the mess system or take leave during certain periods.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides several financial aid options to ensure accessibility and support for deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Eligible students receive a 50% concession on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
- EWS Category: A 25% discount on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): Full waiver on tuition fees and reduced hostel charges based on income criteria.
Income slabs for eligibility are as follows:
- Below Rs. 2,00,000: 100% concession
- Rs. 2,00,000 - Rs. 5,00,000: 75% concession
- Rs. 5,00,000 - Rs. 10,00,000: 50% concession
Applications for fee waivers and concessions must be submitted within the first month of admission, accompanied by necessary documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and Aadhaar cards.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are made through online banking or NEFT transfers to the university’s designated account. Students are expected to complete payments before the deadline to avoid late fees and penalties.
Late payments attract a fee of Rs. 1,000 per day until the dues are cleared. Refund policies apply in cases of withdrawal from the program, with refunds processed within 30 days after submission of all required documentation.
Refund eligibility depends on factors such as course completion status, academic performance, and adherence to university regulations. Students must submit a formal request along with supporting documents for consideration.
