Payment Deadlines

Students are required to pay the fees by the specified deadlines to avoid any late fees. The deadlines are as follows:

• First Semester: Before the start of the semester
• Second Semester: Before the start of the second semester

• Fourth Semester: Before the start of the fourth semester

Late Fee Calculations

Students who fail to pay the fees by the specified deadlines will be charged a late fee of INR 1,000 per day. The late fee is calculated from the day after the deadline until the payment is made.

Refund Rules

The university has a clear refund policy for students who withdraw from the program:

• Withdrawal Before Admission: If a student withdraws before the admission process is completed, the full fee amount will be refunded.
• Withdrawal After Admission: If a student withdraws after the admission process is completed, the refund will be calculated as follows:

• For withdrawal within the first three months: 80% refund
• For withdrawal after three months: 50% refund
