Hostel & Mess Charges
The hostel charges vary based on room type:
- Suite (4-person): ₹2000/month
- Double Room: ₹1500/month
- Single Room: ₹1000/month
Mess billing includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students receive a monthly rebate if they do not consume meals for certain days.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Financial aid is available based on income slabs:
- SC/ST/PwD: Full waiver of tuition fees
- EWS: 50% concession in tuition fees
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% concession in tuition fees
Application process requires submission of income certificates and documents proving eligibility.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All payments must be made before the deadline specified by the finance department. Late payments attract a penalty fee of ₹1000 per day.
If a student withdraws from the program, refunds are processed according to the university’s refund policy, which includes deductions for administrative costs and facility usage.
