Hostel & Mess Charges

Our campus hosts offer various room types to suit individual preferences and budgets:

  • Single Occupancy Room: INR 75000/year with private bathroom and Wi-Fi access.
  • Double Occupancy Room: INR 65000/year shared with one roommate, including common bathroom facilities.
  • Triple Occupancy Room: INR 55000/year shared among three students, equipped with shared bathroom and study spaces.

The mess system operates on a monthly basis, with charges adjusted according to consumption. Monthly mess bills are calculated based on the number of days consumed and charged at rates ranging from INR 1500-2000 per month depending on the room type and dietary preferences.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

We offer multiple scholarship programs to support deserving students:

  • Merit-Based Scholarships: Available for top performers in Class 12th or JEE exams with a minimum of 90% aggregate marks. Recipients receive up to 50% tuition fee waiver.
  • Income-Based Concessions: Students from families earning below INR 4 lakh annually qualify for partial fee reductions, ranging from 10% to 30% based on income slabs.
  • Category-Specific Benefits: SC/ST/PwD students receive full fee waivers under government guidelines. EWS category students get up to 20% concession.
  • Merit Cum Means Scholarships: Combines academic performance and financial need, offering additional support for students with exceptional grades and limited economic backgrounds.

Applications for scholarships are submitted through the online portal, requiring documentation of income certificates, mark sheets, and category proof. The selection committee reviews applications annually based on merit and available funds.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fee payments must be made via NEFT/RTGS or net banking within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payment incurs a penalty of INR 500 per day until full settlement is achieved.

Refunds are processed under specific conditions:

  • Withdrawal from Institution: Students who withdraw must submit a formal request along with supporting documents. Refund eligibility depends on the withdrawal date and completion of academic requirements.
  • Transfer to Another Institution: A transfer certificate is required, and refunds are processed after verification of records.
  • Discontinuation of Studies: Refunds are subject to the institution's refund policy, with deductions made for services rendered and outstanding dues.

Refund applications must be submitted within 30 days of withdrawal or transfer. The administration processes refunds within 60 working days upon approval.
