The mess system operates on a monthly basis, with charges adjusted according to consumption. Monthly mess bills are calculated based on the number of days consumed and charged at rates ranging from INR 1500-2000 per month depending on the room type and dietary preferences.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fee payments must be made via NEFT/RTGS or net banking within the specified deadlines to avoid late fees. Late payment incurs a penalty of INR 500 per day until full settlement is achieved.
Refunds are processed under specific conditions:
- Withdrawal from Institution: Students who withdraw must submit a formal request along with supporting documents. Refund eligibility depends on the withdrawal date and completion of academic requirements.
- Transfer to Another Institution: A transfer certificate is required, and refunds are processed after verification of records.
- Discontinuation of Studies: Refunds are subject to the institution's refund policy, with deductions made for services rendered and outstanding dues.
