Hostel rent is collected monthly and varies based on room type. Single occupancy rooms cost 6000 INR/month, while shared rooms are priced at 4500 INR/month. Additional amenities such as Wi-Fi and laundry services may incur extra charges.

Mess advance is a fixed amount paid upfront to cover food expenses during the academic year. Students can adjust their mess charges based on attendance and meal preferences throughout the semester.

The Student Benevolent Fund is a voluntary contribution aimed at supporting students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are minimal but help create a safety net for the student community.

Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the college's medical center, including consultations, vaccinations, and emergency care. These charges are reviewed annually to reflect updated service costs.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Room types include single occupancy (6000 INR/month), double occupancy (4500 INR/month), and triple occupancy (3500 INR/month). All rooms have attached bathrooms, internet connectivity, and 24/7 security.

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with charges based on meal consumption. Students receive weekly updates on their mess balances, allowing them to manage expenses efficiently.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those traveling during holidays. Rebates can be applied for up to two weeks per month, subject to approval by hostel authorities.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The college offers various financial assistance programs to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include income slabs, caste certificates, disability status, and other qualifying factors.

SC/ST/PwD students receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% concession on hostel charges. EWS students are eligible for a 50% waiver on tuition fees and 30% concession on hostel charges.

MCM (Minority Community Member) students can apply for partial fee concessions based on their family income and educational background. Applications must be submitted with supporting documents including income certificates and caste certificates.

Scholarships are available for meritorious students who excel academically or demonstrate exceptional talent in extracurricular activities. These scholarships may cover partial or full tuition fees depending on the awarding authority.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All fee payments must be made through online portals using credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI transfers. Offline payment options include demand drafts and cash at designated counters.

Payment deadlines are strictly enforced, with late fees applicable for delayed submissions. Late fees are calculated at 5% of the total amount per month, capped at a maximum of three months.

The refund policy allows students to claim refunds under specific circumstances such as withdrawal from the program or transfer to another institution. Refunds are processed within 30 working days after submission of required documents.

Students must submit formal requests for refunds along with supporting evidence including cancellation letters, transfer certificates, and financial statements. The refund process is subject to verification by the finance department before disbursement.
