Fee Components
Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers the cost of instruction, laboratory sessions, and access to academic resources. It is divided into four semesters, with each semester costing INR 300,000.
Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation is provided to all students, with different room types available. The hostel rent is INR 60,000 per semester, covering accommodation, utilities, and basic amenities.
Mess Advance: Students are required to pay a mess advance of INR 15,000 per semester, which covers meals for the entire semester.
Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students in need and covers administrative costs. The contribution is INR 2,000 per semester.
Medical Fees: Medical services are provided on campus, and the fee is INR 3,000 per semester.
Gymkhana Fees: The gymkhana fees cover access to sports facilities and recreational activities. The fee is INR 1,000 per semester.
Examination Fees: The examination fees cover the cost of conducting end-of-semester exams and related administrative tasks. The fee is INR 2,000 per semester.
Hostel & Mess Charges
Hostel accommodation is provided in three types of rooms: single, double, and triple occupancy. The hostel charges vary based on the room type and amenities provided.
Single occupancy rooms cost INR 60,000 per semester, double occupancy rooms cost INR 50,000, and triple occupancy rooms cost INR 40,000. The charges include accommodation, utilities, and basic amenities.
The mess billing system is designed to be transparent and fair, with meals provided at a fixed rate per day. Students can choose from different meal plans based on their preferences and dietary requirements.
Rebate policies are available for students who are absent due to valid reasons, such as illness or family emergencies. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days of absence and is adjusted in the monthly bill.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The program offers various fee waivers and concessions to eligible students based on their economic background and other criteria.
SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for a 100% fee waiver, covering tuition, hostel, and other fees.
EWS: Students from EWS backgrounds are eligible for a 50% fee concession on tuition and hostel fees.
MCM: Merit-cum-means students are eligible for a 25% fee concession on tuition and hostel fees.
Eligibility for scholarships is determined based on academic performance, financial need, and other relevant criteria. Students can apply for various scholarships offered by the government and private organizations.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payment of fees must be made before the start of each semester. The payment can be made through online banking, demand draft, or cash at the college office.
Late fees are applicable for payments made after the due date. The late fee is calculated at 1% per month on the outstanding amount.
The refund policy is applicable for students who withdraw from the program. Refunds are processed after deducting the applicable fees and charges. The refund is credited to the student's account within 30 days of the withdrawal.
