Fee Structure Details

Hostel Rent: Varies depending on room type: Single occupancy (₹30,000/month), Double occupancy (₹25,000/month), Triple occupancy (₹20,000/month). Additional charges apply for premium amenities like AC and Wi-Fi.
Mess Advance: Paid at the beginning of each semester to cover meal expenses. Adjustments are made monthly based on actual consumption.
Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies, ensuring access to essential services without compromising education.
Medical Fees: Includes annual health checkups, basic medical consultations, and emergency treatment facilities within campus.
Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to gymnasiums, sports facilities, and fitness programs for maintaining physical well-being.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers multiple hostel options to cater to diverse preferences and budgets:
- Single Room: ₹30,000/month with private bathroom and Wi-Fi.
- Double Room: ₹25,000/month shared with one roommate, includes common bathroom and basic amenities.
- Triple Room: ₹20,000/month shared among three students, standard facilities.
Mess charges are fixed at ₹1,500 per month for basic meals. Premium options include:
- Gold Meal Plan: ₹3,000/month with gourmet dishes and extended dining hours.
- Premium Meal Plan: ₹2,500/month offering balanced nutrition and diverse cuisine.
Rebate policies are available for students who opt out of mess services or reside off-campus, subject to approval by the hostel authority.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial assistance options:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and 50% concession on hostel charges. Income slab: Below ₹4 lakh/year.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee and full concession on hostel charges. Income slab: ₹4-6 lakh/year.
- MCM (Maiden Child of Marginalized Community): 75% waiver on tuition fee and partial concession on hostel charges. Income slab: Below ₹3 lakh/year.
To apply for these benefits, students must submit income certificates, caste validity documents, and other relevant proofs to the finance department.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made online through net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹1,000/day starting from the due date.
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:
- Before 30 Days: Full refund minus processing fees (₹1,000).
- Between 30-60 Days: 75% refund after deducting administrative costs.
- After 60 Days: No refund is processed unless exceptional circumstances arise.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days after submission of withdrawal forms and necessary documentation.
