Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships

SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or those with disabilities receive a 100% concession on tuition fees and a partial rebate on hostel charges. Income slabs for this category are set at Rs. 2 lakh annually.
EWS Category: Economically Weaker Section students are entitled to a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 30% rebate on hostel charges. The income limit for EWS is defined as Rs. 4 lakh per annum.
MCM (Minority Community): Minority community students can apply for fee concessions ranging from 25% to 50% based on their income level and academic performance. These concessions are reviewed annually.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per day until the outstanding amount is cleared. Refund requests are processed within 15 working days after submission of required documentation.
In case of withdrawal from the program, students must submit an official application to the principal with reasons for withdrawal. Refunds are calculated based on the number of months attended and may include deductions for administrative costs.
