Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers all academic instruction, access to learning resources, and administrative support. It is fixed annually and adjusted based on inflation and infrastructure improvements.

Hostel & Mess Charges
The university provides accommodation facilities for students from all over India. Hostels are divided into different categories based on room types and amenities:
- Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 10,000 per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 8,000 per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 6,000 per semester
Mess charges are fixed at Rs. 3,000 per semester and include three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The mess facility operates under strict hygiene guidelines and offers a balanced diet to meet nutritional requirements.
Rebate policies are available for students who do not use hostel facilities or mess services. These rebates are calculated based on the number of days absent from the hostel and are credited back to the student's account.
Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
The university offers several fee waivers and concessions for students belonging to economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fees and hostel charges.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full waiver on hostel charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): 25% waiver on tuition fees and partial concession on hostel charges.
Eligibility criteria for these concessions are based on income slabs:
- General Category: Income below Rs. 8 lakh per annum
- EWS Category: Income below Rs. 6 lakh per annum
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Income below Rs. 4 lakh per annum
Scholarships are also available for meritorious students based on academic performance and other achievements. Applications for scholarships must be submitted during the first semester of admission and require supporting documents such as mark sheets, income certificates, and community certificates.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Students are required to pay all fees before the start of each semester. Payment can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or demand drafts. Late payments attract a penalty fee of Rs. 500 per day until the payment is cleared.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program after the commencement of the academic year. Refunds are processed within 30 days of withdrawal and are subject to deductions for administrative charges, hostel rent, and any outstanding dues.
Students who wish to avail of financial assistance must submit a formal application along with supporting documents to the finance office. The application is reviewed by a committee that evaluates eligibility and approves the requested aid.
