Mess charges are calculated based on daily consumption and vary between ₹3000-4000 per month. Rebate policies are applicable for students who attend regular classes and maintain good attendance.
Fee Waivers, Concessions & Scholarships
Financial assistance is available to eligible students through various schemes:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee with partial concessions on hostel and mess charges.
- EWS Category: 50% concession on tuition fee with full waiver on hostel and mess charges.
- MCM (Minority Community): 30% waiver on tuition fee with no concessions on hostel and mess charges.
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and caste certificates. Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents within the first month of the academic year.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments are made through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers. Students must ensure timely payment to avoid penalties:
- Payment Deadlines: Fees must be paid by the 10th of each month.
- Late Fee Calculations: ₹500 per day for delayed payments beyond the deadline.
- Refund Rules: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal or completion of studies. Deductions include processing fees and administrative charges.
