Hostel & Mess Charges

Room Types
- Single Occupancy Room: ₹15000/month for students seeking privacy and comfort.
- Double Occupancy Room: ₹12000/month for shared accommodation with a roommate.
- Triple Occupancy Room: ₹9000/month for three students sharing a room.
Mess Billing System
Students are required to pay an advance for the mess charges at the beginning of each semester. The actual billing is done monthly based on consumption, and any excess or deficit is adjusted accordingly. Rebates are available for students who opt out of mess services.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several financial aid options to support deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds:
Eligibility Criteria
- SC/ST/PwD: Students belonging to these categories are eligible for 100% fee waiver if their family income is below ₹2 lakh per annum.
- EWS: Eligible students receive a 50% fee concession with an annual income limit of ₹3 lakh.
- MCM (Married Candidates Merit): Students who are married and have secured admission based on merit can apply for partial concessions.
Application Process
Students must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and disability certificates to the Finance Department. Applications are reviewed by a committee, and decisions are communicated within 15 working days.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid through online banking or NEFT/RTGS transfers using the university's designated payment gateway. Late payments incur a penalty of ₹500 per day until full payment is received.
Refund Rules
- Withdrawal Before Admission: Full refund will be processed within 7 working days upon submission of withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal After Admission: Refund is subject to deduction of administrative charges and hostel/mess fees already incurred.
- Transfer to Another Institution: Refund eligibility depends on the policies of both institutions involved in the transfer process.
