Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial difficulties or emergencies. Contributions are voluntary but encouraged for maintaining a supportive campus environment.

Medical Fees: Covers basic healthcare services provided by the university’s medical center, including consultations, medications, and emergency treatment.

Gymkhana Fees: Provides access to fitness centers, sports facilities, and recreational activities. Members can participate in various events organized by the gymkhana committee.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers three types of hostel accommodations: Single, Double, and Triple occupancy rooms. Each room is equipped with essential amenities such as beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostel facility includes 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, and cleaning services.

Mess charges are calculated based on the number of meals consumed during the semester. Students receive meal passes at the start of each semester, which are updated weekly. There is also a provision for special dietary requirements, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Rebate policies allow students to receive partial refunds if they leave campus temporarily due to family emergencies or academic commitments. The rebate is calculated based on the number of days absent from hostel premises.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers several fee waiver schemes for deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Eligibility criteria include income slabs, caste certificates, and disability status. Students must submit relevant documents along with their applications to be considered for financial aid.

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students belonging to SC/ST or PwD categories are eligible for 100% fee waivers if they meet the income criteria of ₹2 lakh annually.
  • EWS Category: EWS students with an annual family income below ₹3 lakh are entitled to a 50% fee concession.
  • MCM (Most Backward Class): MCM students receive a 75% fee waiver for two consecutive years.

The scholarship program includes merit-based awards, need-based grants, and special scholarships for talented students in various fields such as sports, arts, and academics. Applications for these scholarships are submitted through the university portal, and winners are notified via email or SMS.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments must be made before the start of each semester to ensure smooth enrollment processes. Students can make payments through online banking, credit/debit cards, or net banking services. Late payments attract a penalty of ₹1000 per day until the payment is cleared.

In case of withdrawal from the program, students are eligible for refunds based on the refund policy outlined by the university. Refunds are processed within 60 days after submission of all required documents and clearance of any pending dues.
