Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
- SC/ST/PwD Category: 100% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent. Additional benefits include monthly stipends and transportation allowances.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent. Eligible for partial reimbursement of mess charges.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): 30% waiver on tuition fee and hostel rent. Limited financial aid available for books and other academic supplies.
Application Process:
- Candidates must submit an application form along with supporting documents such as income certificates, category certificates, and proof of residence.
- The application is reviewed by the Scholarship Committee based on established criteria and eligibility requirements.
- Selected candidates are notified via email and receive a formal letter confirming their award status.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
- All fees must be paid within 15 days of the start of each semester.
- Late payments incur a penalty of 10% per month on outstanding amounts.
- The refund policy allows for partial refunds in case of withdrawal before the first month of the semester, subject to deductions for administrative costs and other charges incurred.
- Refunds are processed within 30 days after submission of a formal request and verification of all required documents.
