Fee Component Details

Tuition Fee: The tuition fee covers all academic components of the program including access to classrooms, laboratories, library resources, and faculty instruction. It is designed to provide students with comprehensive educational support throughout their academic journey.

Hostel Rent: Hostel accommodation provides students with a comfortable living environment conducive to academic excellence. The rent includes basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and access to common areas.

Mess Advance: The mess advance covers meal expenses for the entire semester, ensuring students have uninterrupted access to nutritious food throughout their studies.

Student Benevolent Fund: This fund supports students facing financial hardships and provides assistance for emergency situations or special needs during their academic journey.

Hostel & Mess Charges

Room Types:

• Single Occupancy Room: 20,000 per semester
• Double Occupancy Room: 15,000 per semester
• Triple Occupancy Room: 12,000 per semester
• Four Occupancy Room: 10,000 per semester

The mess billing system is designed to provide students with convenient access to nutritious meals while maintaining cost-effectiveness. The monthly mess charges are calculated based on the number of days a student stays in the hostel and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Rebate Policies:

• Students who leave the hostel during the semester receive a pro-rata refund of hostel rent
• Students with medical certificates can apply for mess rebates for up to 15 days per month
• Students participating in national-level competitions may be eligible for special meal arrangements and additional rebates

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

The university offers various financial assistance options to ensure that deserving students can access quality legal education without facing financial hardship.

Eligibility Criteria:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from SC/ST and PwD categories are eligible for 100% fee waiver
• EWS Category: Students from EWS category are eligible for 50% fee concession
• MCM (Minority Community Members): Students from minority communities are eligible for 25% fee concession

Scholarship Benefits:

• Full fee waiver for students from SC/ST and PwD categories
• 50% fee concession for EWS category students

Application Process:

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

The university has established clear procedures for fee payment and refund to ensure transparency and ease of process for all students.

Payment Deadlines:

• Fee payment must be completed before the start of each semester
• Late payment incurs a penalty of 5% per month on the outstanding amount
• Students must maintain a minimum balance in their accounts to avoid late payment penalties

Refund Rules:

• Refunds are processed within 15 working days of receiving a withdrawal application
• Students who withdraw from the program before completing one semester receive 50% refund of paid fees
• Students who complete one semester but withdraw in the second semester receive 30% refund of fees
• Students who complete more than two semesters are not eligible for refunds

• Bank transfer to the university's designated account
