The total annual fee of ₹273,000 includes several components that contribute to the overall cost of education and campus life. The tuition fee covers classroom instruction, laboratory access, library services, and administrative support.

Hostel rent is charged separately to accommodate students who wish to reside on campus. The rent varies depending on room type, with options including single occupancy rooms, shared rooms with 2-4 occupants, and premium suites with additional amenities such as Wi-Fi and study areas.

Mess advance ensures that students have access to nutritious meals throughout the year. The mess billing system is flexible, allowing students to prepay or pay monthly based on their consumption patterns. Rebate policies are available for students staying in hostels who maintain good academic standing.

The student benevolent fund supports initiatives aimed at improving campus infrastructure and welfare programs. Medical fees cover basic healthcare services provided by the university's on-campus clinic, including consultations, diagnostic tests, and emergency care.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments for fees must be made through NEFT/RTGS, debit cards, credit cards, or online banking platforms. The university provides detailed payment instructions on its official website, ensuring transparency in the transaction process.

Failure to pay within the stipulated deadline results in late fee charges, which accumulate daily until the outstanding amount is settled. Students are advised to make timely payments to avoid disruptions in their academic journey.

The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program before completing the semester. Refunds are processed after deducting administrative charges and any outstanding dues. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documents, and decisions are made within 15 working days.
