Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payment Deadlines

Fees must be paid before the start of each semester. Late payments attract penalties as per university regulations:

• Late Fee (First Week): ₹500/day
• Late Fee (Second Week): ₹1000/day
• Late Fee (Beyond Second Week): ₹2000/day

Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal from the program, the refund policy applies as follows:

• Withdrawal Before One Month: Full refund minus ₹5000 administrative charges
• Withdrawal Between One to Three Months: Refund of 70% after deducting ₹5000
• Withdrawal After Three Months: No refund

The university ensures prompt processing of refunds upon submission of all required documents and verification by the finance department.
