Fee Structure
The fee structure for the Pharmacy program at Aditya University Kakinada is designed to be transparent and comprehensive, covering all aspects of student life and education. The total cost for the four-year program is approximately Rs. 800,000, distributed across eight semesters.

Detailed Fee Components
Each component of the fee structure is explained below:
- Tuition Fee: Covers instruction costs, laboratory sessions, and access to academic resources including digital libraries and research databases.
- Hostel Rent: Includes accommodation in university-hosted dormitories with basic amenities such as bedding, furniture, and common areas.
- Mess Advance: Covers meal expenses for the entire semester, subject to monthly deductions based on consumption.
- Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students facing financial hardships or emergencies through grants and assistance programs.
- Medical Fees: Includes basic healthcare services provided by the university's on-campus medical center.
- Gymkhana Fees: Covers access to recreational facilities including gyms, sports courts, and cultural events.
- Examination Fees: Covers administrative costs associated with conducting internal and external examinations.
Hostel & Mess Charges
The university offers multiple hostel options ranging from single occupancy rooms to shared accommodations. The hostel charges are categorized based on room types:

The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, with advance payments required for the semester. Rebate policies are available for students who do not consume meals regularly or those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university provides various financial aid options to support deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees along with partial concessions on hostel charges and mess advance.
- EWS Category: 50% waiver on tuition fees and full concession on hostel charges.
- MCM (Most Backward Class): Partial waiver of tuition fees and concessional rates for hostel accommodation.
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and caste certificates. Students must submit applications along with supporting documents during the admission process or at any time during their stay if they meet the requirements.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online banking, credit/debit cards, or NEFT/RTGS transfers. The deadline for each semester's fee payment is set one week before the start of the term. Late payments incur a penalty of Rs. 100 per day.
The refund policy applies to students who withdraw from the program after the initial registration period. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of withdrawal forms, subject to deductions for administrative charges and outstanding dues.
