Admission Process Overview
The admission process for the Hotel Management program at Amrapali Institute is designed to identify candidates who possess both academic excellence and a passion for hospitality. The process is transparent, fair, and aligned with national standards set by educational authorities.
Application Stage
Candidates must submit their applications online through the official website of the Institute. The application form requires personal details, educational qualifications, and academic performance records. Applicants are also required to upload scanned copies of their documents, including 10th and 12th-grade certificates, passport-sized photographs, and signature.

Selection Process
The selection process includes a written examination followed by a personal interview. The written test assesses candidates' aptitude in English, logical reasoning, general knowledge, and basic mathematics. The interview evaluates communication skills, motivation, and understanding of the hospitality industry.
Seat Allocation
Seats are allocated based on merit and category-wise reservation policies as per government guidelines. Candidates who qualify in the written test and interview are ranked according to their performance scores. Seats are then distributed among different categories through a centralized counseling process conducted by the Institute.

The Institute follows a transparent admission policy that includes various categories such as General, EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD. Each category has specific eligibility criteria and reservation percentages as prescribed by the government.
Reservation Policy
As per government guidelines, 15% of seats are reserved for SC candidates, 7.5% for ST candidates, 27% for OBC-NCL candidates, and 3% for EWS candidates. Additionally, 3% of seats are reserved for PwD candidates across all categories.
