- Double Occupancy Rooms: ₹12,000/month for 150 sq.ft. rooms with shared bathroom, AC, and Wi-Fi.
- Triple Occupancy Rooms: ₹10,000/month for 120 sq.ft. rooms with shared bathroom and basic amenities.
The mess billing system operates on a monthly basis, where students pay an advance amount before the start of each month. Meals are served in multiple canteens across campus, offering vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Rebates are available for students from economically weaker sections based on income criteria.
Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
The university offers several forms of financial assistance to deserving students:
- SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fees and hostel charges for eligible candidates with annual family income up to ₹3 lakhs.
- EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fees and full waiver of hostel charges for families earning less than ₹6 lakhs annually.
- MCM (Minority Community Member): Eligible students receive 25% reduction in tuition fees and partial reimbursement for hostel charges.
Applications must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, and Aadhaar card copies. The scholarship committee reviews applications quarterly and disburses benefits accordingly.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Fees can be paid online through the university portal using debit cards, credit cards, or net banking facilities. Alternatively, students may opt for bank transfers or demand drafts issued in favor of Anjaneya University Raipur.
Late payment incurs a penalty of ₹100 per day beyond the due date. If fees remain unpaid after 30 days, the student's name may be removed from the roll list until clearance is made.
Upon withdrawal or course completion, refunds are processed according to university rules. A processing fee of ₹500 is deducted from the refund amount, and any remaining balance is credited back to the student’s account within 60 days.
