Hostel & Mess Charges

Students residing on campus are provided with comfortable hostel accommodations. The hostel rooms come in different configurations:

  • Single Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester
  • Double Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester
  • Triple Occupancy Room: Rs. 25,000 per semester

The mess billing system is transparent and based on actual consumption. Students receive a monthly bill after each month ends, reflecting their usage of meals and beverages.

Rebate policies are available for students who do not use certain services or who have special circumstances such as illness or travel. These rebates are processed upon submission of relevant documentation.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

A variety of financial aid options are available to support deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Students from these categories receive a 100% waiver on tuition fees and a 50% rebate on hostel rent.
  • EWS Category: Students from EWS backgrounds receive a 50% waiver on tuition fees and a 25% rebate on hostel rent.
  • MCM (Minority Community Member): A 30% waiver on tuition fees and a 15% rebate on hostel rent.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made online through net banking or credit/debit cards. The payment deadline is strictly enforced, with late fees applicable after 15 days from the due date.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days after verification of documents and approval by the administration.
