Hostel & Mess Charges

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships
Several financial aid options are available to eligible students:
- SC/ST/PwD: 50% concession on tuition fees
- EWS: 25% concession on tuition fees
- MCM (Migrant Community Member): 20% concession on tuition fees
Eligibility criteria are based on income slabs and category certification. Applications for scholarships must be submitted along with supporting documents such as income certificates, caste certificates, and identity proofs.
Payment Procedures & Refund Policy
Payments can be made through online portals or at designated counters on campus. The payment deadline for each semester is announced at the beginning of the academic year. Late fees are calculated at ₹500 per day beyond the due date.
The refund policy allows students to claim refunds upon withdrawal from the program, subject to certain conditions. Refunds are processed within 30 days of submission of the withdrawal form and required documentation.
