  • Triple Occupancy Room: ₹1800/month (shared facilities)

Mess charges are fixed at ₹1500 per month for all students. The mess operates on a prepaid system where students pay in advance and receive monthly bills based on actual consumption. Rebates are available for students staying outside campus or those who opt out of the mess facility.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is provided through various scholarship schemes to support deserving students:

  • SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges for students belonging to reserved categories with income below ₹3 lakh/year.
  • EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fees and full waiver in hostel charges for families with annual income between ₹3-6 lakh/year.
  • MCM (Most Backward Class): 50% waiver in all fees for students from MCM category, including hostel rent, mess advance, and examination fees.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

  • Late Fee: ₹500 per day for delayed payments beyond the due date.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of administrative charges and outstanding dues.
  • Withdrawal Conditions: Students must submit a formal request with reasons for withdrawal, which is reviewed by the administration before processing any refund.
