• Student Benevolent Fund: Supports students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds through scholarships and emergency grants.
• Medical Fees: Covers basic medical checkups, consultations, and treatment within the campus health center.
• Gymkhana Fees: Includes access to sports facilities, gymnasiums, and recreational activities for physical wellness.

Hostel & Mess Charges

The university offers multiple hostel options with varying room types to suit different preferences and budgets:

• Single Occupancy Room: ₹3500/month (includes all utilities)
• Double Occupancy Room: ₹2500/month (shared facilities)
• Triple Occupancy Room: ₹1800/month (shared facilities)

Mess charges are fixed at ₹1500 per month for all students. The mess operates on a prepaid system where students pay in advance and receive monthly bills based on actual consumption. Rebates are available for students staying outside campus or those who opt out of the mess facility.

Fee Waivers, Concessions, and Scholarships

Financial assistance is provided through various scholarship schemes to support deserving students:

• SC/ST/PwD Category: Full waiver of tuition fee and hostel charges for students belonging to reserved categories with income below ₹3 lakh/year.
• EWS Category: 50% concession in tuition fees and full waiver in hostel charges for families with annual income between ₹3-6 lakh/year.
• MCM (Most Backward Class): 50% waiver in all fees for students from MCM category, including hostel rent, mess advance, and examination fees.

Application forms are available online through the university portal, with submission deadlines aligned with the academic calendar. Students must submit supporting documents such as income certificates, caste validity certificates, and disability certificates to qualify for these benefits.

Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

Payments can be made through net banking, credit/debit cards, or offline modes like demand draft or bank transfer. The payment deadline is set before the start of each semester to ensure timely processing of enrollment formalities.

• Late Fee: ₹500 per day for delayed payments beyond the due date.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon withdrawal from the program, subject to deduction of administrative charges and outstanding dues.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Students must submit a formal request with reasons for withdrawal, which is reviewed by the administration before processing any refund.
